- General clean-up of minor debris
- Check and clear gutters and downspouts
- Check and clear roof drains
- Check and secure HVAC panel doors
- Inspect and secure evident loose roof top ventilation panels, hoods and covers
- Provide photos and proposal for any commercial roof repairs that may be needed
- Provide photos and proposal for clean-up of abandoned HVAC units or large construction debris left on roof by other trades
